Do you know whose motto this is?
Apr 7, 2008 04:24
guest5666 "To know a Veteran one must know and determine one's price for freedom". I chanced upon this quote from another website, but not sure who said this. Is it a motto uttered by a famous general, or just a casual speech by an unknown veteran? What does he mean?

The quote appears logically flawed to me. Knowing a veteran has nothing to do with knowing the price you are willing to pay for freedom. Perhaps I am missing something.... ???

Yes, I think the quote is separated something in what it would be whole.
