| Hey ARAGORN, it is called West Lake Style Beef Soup (Xi 1 Hu 2 Niu 2 Rou 4 Geng 1). Here is the recipe. Materials: a small cut of beef, 2 or 3 mushrooms, a pinch of caraway, an egg, salt, MSG, pepper powder and starch. Methods: 1 Cut beef into dices, put them in cold water and then boil them. When boiling, strain off the water through a colander. Dice the mushrooms and separate egg white from yolk. 2 when the water is boiling, put beef and mushroom dices and boil for a while and then add salt, MSG and pepper powder. 3 add starch water in and then pour the mixture into the bowl that contains egg white. Stir the mixture very well. 4 Put a pinch of caraway and it is served. |
