There are also many international friends living in the community for study. Dozens of city buses go by the community, can take you where you want. Surrounded with bazaars, supermarkets like Carrefour etc., restaurants, night club, laundry, cafes, bars. It's especially suitable for a couple to live. I have one queen size bed, so 1~2 people will be perfect. And we can add 1 mattress, so the maximum number will be 4. Price： Accept short term lease (1-2months) at USD200/day (RMB1500/day) during Olympic, at least 20 days during Olympic (starting from August 1, 2008). If you rent for more than one month, 100 USD per day. 50% down payment is required after rental contract is signed. Money order and wire transfer is preferred.
