I had a similar problem last year, in my view you must NEVER let it drag on, bail out and cut your losses as quickly as possible.

You will find similar smaller problems in evry institution, it is part of modern Chinese culture. Smaller businesses blatantly get away with a lot worse than this with their local staff, despite the labour law 2008. Each person has to decide for himself just how much to put up with (in the name of cultural difference).

I think there is a built-in procedure on the programming to avoid direct link.

Just remove the <space> before "news", "info" and "id=125" before keying Enter.
