Other places to visit in Yunnan Province beside Kunming?

Hello,
I am planning to go back to Yunnan Province again next March for one month and I was wondering where are other cities I should visited beside Kunming? I would like to visit many minority cities if I can and others that you know off.

Lijiang - the old/ancient city - home of the Naxi people.

Lijiang, Zhongdian (Shangri-La), Deqin, Xizhou, Dali, Zhoucheng, Jinghong (and Xishuangbanna region), Tengchong, Lugu Lake, etc.
The newish Lonely Planet Southwest China is very useful for this province.

Basically anywhere in Yunnan, it is a fascinating place. It is where I took most photos.

Try the Nujiang to the far west but almost anywhere will be worth the effort. It's all interesting with so many minorities throughout
