| Materials: two pieces of pork chops, green and red peppers, half lemon and 1 tablespoon caraway. Marinade: 3 tablespoons fish gravy, 1/5 tablespoon white pepper, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, lemon juice (squeeze half a lemon). Seasonings: 4 tablespoons edible oil, 1 tablespoon white rice vinegar, 3 tablespoons honey made from pomelo and 1/2 tablespoon starch. |

| Step 1 Put two pieces of pork chops in a plate, add 3 tablespoons fish gravy, 1/5 tablespoon white pepper, 1 tablespoon minced garlic and lemon juice and marinade for 30 minutes. |
