Yesterday, a heavy thunder storm hit Hangzhou. The storm lasts 3 hours.The rainfall reached 20-40 meters. The torrential rainfall is accompanied with strong winds. The strongest gale force winds reach a scale of 7-8. The strong winds stired up 3-meter-high storm waves. Hangzhou Meteorological Administration issued a Yellow Storm warning.
