Toaster can be found in most good Department store along with all the other expensive German designer kitchen ware. I bought my toaster about three years ago, a two slice Phillips for just under Y300 An alternative is to lightly fry your bread with a little butter in a frying pan. Marmalade......yes what's that. I had almost forgotten but I had some on my toast in Macau a few weeks ago. Very expensive ..........................but soooo worth it.

Marmalade----I always thought it was made from orange(fruit) pectin with honey added including the rinds, but according to Wikipedia it can be (or include) other fruits. It's origins came from England on maybe main European Continent.

All is OK in the World. I have found real Marmalade in Beijing. I have to disagree with Wikipedia. Marmalade is made from oranges. The rest are just jams. Dodger.
