Glamour's Best-dressed and Worst-dressed women

The fashion magazine Glamour has released its annual best-dressed and worst-dressed women list of 2008. The UK supermodel Kate Moss has regained the crown at the best-dressed women list. US singer Britney Spears ranked top of the worst-dressed women.

Moss has dominated the best-dressed women list before, but last year, she was overtaken by Australian pop star Minogue. Minogue slipped the 19th this year.
