| No.1 Omelet and minced pork dipped in Solanum nigrum Linn soup. Materials: Solanum nigrum Linn (400 grams), one egg, minced pork (100 grams), some shredded ginger and spirit. | No.2 Fried river shrimps with chives flower and dried turnip. Materials: 150 grams river shrimps, 200 grams chives flower, 50 grams dried turnip, minced garlic and some ginger. Step 1 Cut chives flower into sections (each about 4-5 cm), chop dried turnip into dices. Step 2 Preheat some edible oil, quick-fry chives flower and add some salt. Step 3 Quick-fry minced garlic ang ginger, braise river shrimps and then fry shrimps together with chives flower and dried turnip dices. Finally, add some salt, chicken powder and other flavourings, add in some water and heated oil. |
