Jet Li, Siqin Gaowa win Hong Kong top film awards

Chinese mainland actress Siqin Gaowa and actor Jet Li won the Best Leadin Actor and Best Leading Actress repectively at the 27th Hong Kong Film Awards in Hong Kong last night. Hong Kong director Peter Chan ( Chen Kexin) won the Best Director award for his movie The Warlords. The Best Supporting Actor was awarded to Hong Kong’s reputed actor Andy Law.

Taiwanese star Susan Shaw won the Best Supporting Actress award for her role in the Pye-Dog.
Jet Li won the trophy for his role in the film “The Warlords”. Siqin Gaowa won the top prize for her role in the movie “ The Postmodern Life of My Aunt”.
