| Major brands only place orders at their factories after receiving indent orders from their Retailers. these orders cannot be canceled and are usualy placed up to 6 months before the start of that season.So their exposure is zero. They then add a further 20% to this amount to be sold through their own outlets or through Reps on the road. Dodger. |

| I think that all western name brands are more expensive in China, even if originally made in China, It is cheaper to take a pair of Nikes shoes from the west (with the made in China sticker,) as a gift to china than to buy them in China, I experience it as I shop and compare. Price is about double if you found the particular pair you want, instead of the pair they have. Of course, you can buy the fake pirated name brands; I just do not care about going all the way to China to buy fake stuff. |
