I work at a multinational company and have a exceptionally beautiful underling. She is a 27-year-old bright blonde. The company has more males than females. The dilemma is my boss is having a crush on her. My boss is already a married man and 23 years older than my beautiful underling. Obviously, they are having an affair. Most of my male subordinates also lust after the blonde. Nevertheless, she is capable and smart. However, she has been somewhat over-promoted and it is making it difficult for me to manage my team. Many of her pursuers now resent her too. How can I cope with the dilemma? Should I just turn a blind eye to this?
