Huangyao ancient town - anyone been there?

I have 1 week in Guangzhou and thinking of a 2-day excursion to Huangyao ancient town in neighbouring Guangxi. Just wondering, has anyone been there? Is it worth the 6-hr journey to Hezhou and then another 2 hrs to Huangyao?
