PETERSEAFORD Points: Join Date: Mar 10, 2007 Status: offline	just a tourist at the Pearl Market in Beijing and bought 7 ipods a mobile phone and a camera from a dealer on the ground floor - he has two stands. seemed a nice bloke and he had a boy and a girl working for him. well needless to say all the ipods are duds even though he set them up for me in english. i will be back in Beijing very soon and will be calling on this man again this time he will need to refund me in full because i have informed my banker and they will revoke his merchant arrangement with their credit card service. it seems that it is a crime in China to knowingly sell copies of registered merchandise. the price i paid was about 2/3 of the price from Apple Store here in australia so i expected a fair go from the seller. would like him to contact me and have tried to get a message to him as i prefer to think that this is an oversight - one dud "ok" but seven out of seven is a bit rude
