I have my own apartment available for rent during July to October. Please read the following information of my apartment: 1. Description of the apartment The whole apartment is 145sqm large. It has 3bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; 1living room, 1 dining room and 1kitchen. The main bedroom has its own bathroom at the north end and a balcony facing south. The other two bedrooms are at the north side. The living room is big and bright. The kitchen has a small balcony facing north. The other bathroom sits in the middle just by the dining room. The whole apartment is well furnished with all kinds of furniture and electric equipment like: Gas cooker, Microwave oven, Air conditioner, Central heating, Refrigerator, Television, Washing machine, phone, broadband Internet Access, and 24 hours tube hot water. There is also one private stopping place for parking at the back of the building. 2. Location The apartment is located in Hui Zhong Bei Li, Datun Road, Yayuncun, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It is just in between of North 4th and 5th Ring Road, This area is a newly habitat which has been built up in the past 10 years. It is very convenient for all kinds of activities, such as shopping; cinema; supper market, bus station; underground; different taste of restaurants and cafes. 3. Conveniences The locality of my apartment is really convenient for those who engage in the Beijing Olympic issue: It is only 10 minutes walk to the Beijing Olympic Games' main area (the main conference site - Olympic stadium, Water Cube, Media Center, and Bird Nest Stadium; and about 200-300 meters’ distance to Datun Station of the Subway Line Five; a few minutes walk to Olympic Central Station of the Olympic Subway. Across the street from the back door of this community is the center of Olympic Park. It is very easy to get to Beijing Capital International Airport. It takes only about 25 minutes drive. 4. Rent requirements: 350USD per day during the period of Olympic Games 2008. 50% down payment is required. USD2,000 deposit is required for fees (including water, gas, electricity …… ) If any of you who has interests in renting this apartment for longer time (not only in the Olympic period) please let me know also.
