Finding an apartment in Beijing

guest12070 Websites can be useful. One very good site is HiHomeChina.Com which carries ads from landlords and agents for both mid-market and standard Chinese accommodation in Beijing. The mid-market stuff is available in English. It's free to browse, and you are also able to contact homeowners directly if you wish. It is free too!

However, If you prefer HiHomeChina.Com to be involved with a tenancy between you and a homeowner, you need to pay a small amount of moneys as a service fee. The site also has standard contracts to print out and use. Their offline service team members can speak very good English, especially, a lady, Christine who has amazing overseas work experiences , speaks excellent English and plays a fantastic and important role as a bridge between local Chinese homeowners and western tenants.

I haven't personally used the accommodation agency as I thought HiHomeChina.Com in fact acts as both a website owner and vacation rental agent, and I found them efficient and easy to deal with. Most importantly, they specialize in dealing with foreigners and understanding well their needs and requirements.

GUEST12070 Through hihomechina.comI last Nov., I rented out my apartment in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China to an Australian tenant for 3 years. In fact I have been living in the USA, and simply concluded the tenancy via emails after I received an enquiry from this Aussie. I am pleased to recommend the website to all travellers who are looking for accommodation in China.
