What kinds of milk do you drink for breakfast?

Which name-brand dairy products do you have? We have two large dairy companies: Mengniu Group（蒙牛乳业） and Yili Dairy Groups（伊利乳业）. The two giants almost dominate the China’s dairy products market. Doubtless, we drink Mongolian Yogurts and Yili milk.

CANADAGUY Points: Join Date: Oct 1, 2007 Status: Offline	I drink 1% (milk fat) milk most of the time for breakfast. I don't really drink it, but rather eat my cereal with it. My breakfast consists of an organic cereal, milk, and fruits (grapes, banana, pear, and strawberries in season). That's it. Nothing else. BTW, I liked the milk that I had in China, but I didn't see much choice when it came to different milk fat content (skim milk, 1%, 2%, etc.).

Everyday, I drank pure milk sent by my grandfather. Right now, I prefer yogurt than pure milk because yogurt is good for my stomach (someone told me) and pure milk contains milk fat.
