Fried corn kernels with cashew nuts?

Materials: salted cashew nuts (50 grams), corn kernels (100 grams), some celery, lean meat (132 grams), 2 slices of ginger.

Marinade: seafood soybean sauce (1/2 tablespoon), cooking wine (1tablespoon), chicken powder (1/3 tablespoon), starch (1 tablespoon)

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder.

Step 1 Cut lean meat into pieces, marinade lean meat with seafood soybean sauce (1/2 tablespoon), cooking wine (1tablespoon), chicken powder (1/3 tablespoon), starch (1 tablespoon) for 15 minutes.

Step 2 Cut celery into dices, peel the ginger and cut it into slices.

Step 3 Pre-heat 2 tablespoons edible oil, fry ginger slices and then put lean meat pieces in and fry till they turn white.

Step 4 Add 1 tablespoon edible oil in, fry cashew nuts with gentle heat. Then put corn kernels in and fry about one minute. Finally add celery dices in and fry them together.

Step 5 Add fried lean meat pieces in and fry the mixture together and then add 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 chicken powder in.
