Reports tonight are encouraging.

Announcing that Tibet and other Autonomous regions will re-open to visitors on May the first to accommodate sightseeing tours for the three day holiday.

It should be safe to go there .I cann't understan why Tibet want to be independence from China .Great changes have taken place since 1951 that China government liberated Tibet .Tibet is a part of China with long history more than 1000 years .The government afford all advantage policy to minority especially Tibet .I am the Han nationality ,sometime I really confused that government give them policy why they are still not rich than Han nationality .They should find out the reason from themselves .This is a really world , I agree that spirituall world is more important but it can not take everything to you .

A tourism promotion with Tibet was even held last weekend in Hong Kong
