| Materials: 382 grams shrimps, 2 egg yolk, 1 cup of cornmeal, 3 tablespoons frying powder. Marinade: 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1/5 tablespoon white pepper powder and 1/2 tablespoon starch. Step 1 Get rid of the heads of shells of the shrimps, add 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1/5 tablespoon white pepper powder and 1/2 tablespoon starch and then marinade the shrimps for 15 minutes. |

| Oh, I love these. One of the easiest shrimp dishes to make. ^_^ Sometimes I just put water and let it cook until all the water runs out. But the shrimps should be fresh, not frozen. |

| This dish looks to be easy and delicious, but I'm not sure what "frying powder" might be. Can anyone provide more information about it? Thanks. |

| Seth, it is a kind of mixed powder, like starch or cornmeal. When frying drumstick, shrimps, chicken's wings, it is necessary. Just mix it with some cold boiled water and then dip drumsticks, shrimps etc in it before frying. My mom seldom use frying or fried powder. She uses starch instead of it. Here is a picture. |
