Xian hotel Shanxi Wen Yuan

This is a relatively low cost hotel near the Bell Tower. Has anybody stayed there, and can tell me if it's clean and reasonable? Also, many hotels appear to have heavy smoke, even in non-smoking rooms, so I'm interested if non-smoking is enforced in these rooms.

GUESTSCOTTT I'm asking about another place, not the Bell Tower. And interested in Xi'an, not Beijing.

The website doesn't exist - this appears to be blatant commercial endeavor and the user should be shut down.

Yeah I agree, but TCG's forum moderators don't seem to mind advertising?!
Anyway, I do book that hotel regularly for friends and other travellers. Clean and reasonable enough according to all the reports I've heard so far.
