if using china line why when i call someone will say please try again later but i message can sent in...this mean the phone is off or on...

Are you sure, you are using the correct dial code?

If yes, then it is not out of the normal for this to happen but not so often.

yup , i sure is correct because i call before only that this few day i call is the same that please try again later but i sent sms it sent....could the card no money so only can see sms only....
