Accomodation for 4/5 days in Chengdu, China

My brother, Abhi, a student, is going for a conference in Chengdu, China, next month, during 2-6 June, do you know of any Indian family or any Indian students living in Chengdu, China, who may be willling to accomodate him for 3/4 days? Unfortunately his university is only willing to sponsor his travel costs.

Try http://www.couchsurfing.com and http://www.hospitalityclub.org for more leads. However why only limit to Indian families or students?!
