It is my own apartment, which has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 Bathroom; 1 Kitchen, total 110sqm in a garden living place. Structure: 7 floor in a 12F building and all rooms south facing with good sunshine. Furniture: air condition, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, microwave, internet broadband, security service; peace place for good sleep. Location: Ya yun cun, very near( 1Kms distance ) to Bird Nest Center, 10 minutes walking to Olympics Park, 2 minutes walking to No.5 subway station, 35-minute drive to the Capital international Airport( pick up service if you need). Other information: all kinds of restaurant and 7-11 store near the building. Good decoration and equipped with all electronics and facilities. You can live without any special preparation. Rental: 250USD/night or 4800USD/month, at least 20 days when the Olympic game. Pay all once and earnest under discussion.
