Materials: 1 bass (378 grams), 1 tomato, 1 lemon, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic and 1 tablespoon minced caraway.

Seasonings: 2 tablespoons fish gravy, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon white sugar.

Step 1 Make a cut at the back of the bass and place it on a plate. Cut the lemon into two parts, slice one part and cut the other into small two parts.

Step 2 Cut the tomato, green and red pepper into dices and put them in a bowl with minced garlic and caraway.

Step 3 Add 2 tablespoons fish gravy, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon white sugar to make Thai style sauce.

Step 4 Pour the sauce over the bass and squeeze lemon juice on the bass and then cover it with a cling film.

Step 5 Steam the bass with fierce heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 6 Take cling film away and put lemon slices around the bass.
