![]() | Chinese President made a trip to Japan. This trip was viewed as “Warm Spring Trip” by news media. On Wednesday the visiting Chinese President Hu Jintao and Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda singed a joint statement on promoting “relations of mutually strategic interests” without referring to “apologies” or “reflection” over Japan’s wartime actions in China. The Sino-Japan relation experienced a severe cold winter due to Ex-PM’s frequent visit of the shrine. Is the Spring of the bilateral tie coming? As I know, China and Japan are still largely divided on many issues: East Sea Oil Explorations and History Textbook. What is your opinion on “ Warm Spring Trip”? Will the iceberg thaw out soon? ![]() |
