Twice cooked spicy pork!

Materials: 296 grams marbled pork, 5 pieces of spiced dried beancurd, 250 grams small broccoli, 1 red pepper, 1 garlic bolt and 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic.

Spicery: 2 Tsaoko Amomum Fruits, 1/2 tablespoon fennel, 1 cinnamon, 5 dried chili, 3 star anises and 1 tablespoon Chinese prickly ash.

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil, 2 tablespoons thick broad bean sauce, sweet sauce (a seasoning thick sauce made of a fermented flour product), 1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil.

Step 1 Boil marbled pork with spicery with a cover for 25 minutes. When it cools down, cut it into slices.

Step 2 Cut spiced dried beancurd into strips, slice small broccoli, cut garlic bolt into sections and red pepper into dices.

Step 3 Pre-heat 3 tablespoons edible oil and fry marbled pork.

Step 4 Stir-fry spiced dried beancurd strips.

Step 5 Add 1 tablespoons edible oil in, quick-fry minced garlic and garlic bolt sections, add 2 tablespoons thick broad bean sauce, 1 tablespoon sweet sauce, marbled pork, spiced dried beancurd strips and broccoli and stir-fry them together.

Step 6 Add 1/3 cup of water, put red pepper dices in, add 1/3 tablespoon white sugar and 1 tablespoon rice wine and stir-fry the mixture very well. Finally, spread 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil.
