It has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, sun room, TV and water machine. The price is $90 per night and includes all utilities. The landlord is a local Chinese and is willing to help with anything from tour advice to the logistics of getting around when you are here. This is really a great price for the location and quality. Especially during the Olympics. This apartment is very centrally located. It is between the jianguoman and dondan subway stations. It is a 10 minute walk from the Beijing International Hotel with hourly airport shuttle service. It is a few miles east of the forbidden city and Tian an men square.
