Advantage and service: 1. by the Costal City(center of Nanshan District), near Shenzhen Uni, 10 mins walk to the metro station, a bus stop downstairs, connected with Shekou district, and only 10 minutes bus to Shekou, nearby international school. 15 mins to the Harbor---to Hong Kong. 2. With 24 hours security service, 24 hours car parking service( parking fee 250/RMB per month). 3. Free table tennis inter-area. Supermarkets(Jusco, Carrefour, Wal-mark) all around 5-10mins walk.
