Sweet and sour fillet of pork

Materials: 322 grams lean meat, 1/2 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 cucumber, 1 parsley, some garlic and 1 cup of clear chicken soup.

Marinade: 1 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon starch and 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder.

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil, 2 tablespoons fish gravy, 3 tablespoons white sugar, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 2 tablespoons ketchup and 1/2 tablespoon starch.

Step 1 Slice the lean meat, put them in a bowl and then add 1 tablespoon soybean sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon starch and 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder in. Finally, marinade for 15 minutes.

Step 2 Cut the cucumber into dices, parsley into sections, shred 1/2 onion. Chop green and red pepper into strips and mince the garlic.

Step 3 Pre-heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, stir-fry minced garlic and onion shreds, add green and red pepper strips, cucumber dices and parsley sections in and stir-fry them together.

Step 4 Add meat slices in and stir-fry the mixture together and put a cup of clear chicken soup and then boil them.

Step 5 Add 2 tablespoons fish gravy, 3 tablespoons white sugar, 2 tablespoons white vinegar and 2 tablespoons ketchup for seasoning.

Step 6 Mix 1/2 tablespoon starch with 3 tablespoons water and spread starchy water in the pan.
