![]() | Hello again everyone! I have recently checked back at a major online airplane ticket carrier and the price has jumped amazingly. Just a few weeks ago, I was able to get a round trip ticket to Beijing for $450. Now, the lowest price I can find anywhere is $750! I am afraid that I cannot visit China if the cheapest ticket is $750, so I am hoping that I can be steered into the right direction so that I can buy tickets right away. That said, I am also wondering if I should purchase any travel packages now. My dilemma is that I want to explore places in China that aren't a part of the tour, and at the same time be safe and get back to the right destinations. I am willing to purchase tickets this week if I can still find the $450 or around that price airplane tickets. thank you - Jeffrey |

![]() | Hi, Jeffrey! Long time no see! How have you been recently ? I know you are in trouble with purchasing the fly tickets, what a pity if you could not travel according to your plan! Do remeber, the earlier you buy the tickets, the more discount you can get. So if you are purchasing the airtickets for Sep or Oct, you may surely get a big discount. If possible, how about postpone your travel to Sep or Oct ? That period is also the golden season to visit China. |

![]() | I'm traveling to China in May too. The cheapest ticket I can find is just under $1000. If you live in the west coast prices will be lower. I don't think you can find anything under $500 for Summer flights. The only advice I can give is don't just search major American airlines. Try checking asian airlines such as Korean Air and Asiana. |
