I live in Beijing, and I have one personal house want to rent during Beijing Olympic Game 2008, If you are interesting in it, pls feel free to let me know, detail information of my house are as follow:

-Description: It's in the 7 floor with 2 set lifts in 15 floors apartment, totally it's about 58
square .meters with
--One 12 square meters bedroom with big window (South) + 1 king size bed +2 clothes cabinet + 1 computer desk 1 chair + Air condition.
--One 16 square meters living room with big window (East) + 1 sofa + 3 doors bookcase + 1 table 3 chairs + TV + Air condition.
--One kitchen with window (East) + necessary cooking tool + icebox + washing machine.
--One bathroom with window (South)
--Telephone + Internet

The house surroundings is very quiet, safety and easy traffic to Olympic Game Stadium.

-Location: In XueYuan Lu, nearby many universities, TsingHua, Beihang, Beijing Univ and China Foreign Language Univ etc. Detail location you can see attached picture.

-Traffic: Nearby many Olympic Game Stadiums, National Stadium, Tsinghua Univ Stadium, Beijing Univ Stadium, Beihang Stadium etc.

-Rent Fee:
--Normal time 120USD/night;
--Olympic time (Augest 1st~Augest 31st ) 350USD/night;
--At least ONE month(Augest) lease.
