L and F Visas help !!

I have a trip planned within my company to work along side my collegues in china for a few months as a cross training plan.

I recently applied for a F class visa but after getting home i noticed the i had been issued a L class visa ?

Can you one suggest a course of action ?
Or am i ok with an L visa.

I will be working and being paid by my UK employer if this helps.

China is very crazy re visas at the moment...

As long as you are not being paid in China, then you have no problems
