![]() | Donation is voluntary not mandatory. To levy pressure to employees for donating more cannot earn goodwill for employers. I think in West, fundraising charity itself is a lucrative business, especially in marketing department, while charity does play a significant role in disaster relief though its operating costs are exeptional high. |
