I have a number of property owners who have availability for a swap. www.stjohnvillarental.com on St. John, and www.capecodcottages.us on Cape Cod. Pretty much all year, except the winter season on Cape Cod (cold)  is not recommended, and the fall season on St. John (hurricane possibility) is not recommended either. |
