Materials: pork ribs (500 grams), 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper and 3 slices of ginger.

Marinade: 1 tablespoon seafood soybean sauce, 1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 2 tablespoons starch.

Seasonings: 2 tablespoons edible oil, 4 tablespoons vinegar, 3 tablespoons seafood soybean sauce, 2 tablespoons white sugar and 1 tablespoon rice wine.

Step 1 Wash pork ribs, chop them into sections (each about 5cm), add in 1 tablespoon seafood soybean sauce, 1/3 tablespoon white sugar, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 2 tablespoons starch and then marinade for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Hollow the green and red peppers, cut them into strips and slice the ginger.

Step 3 Pre-heat 2 tablespoons edible oil, fry ginger slices, add pork ribs in and fry the mixture. When the surface of the pork ribs turns white, add 2 cups of water, stir the mixture and boil until it is boiling.

Step 4 Add 4 tablespoons vinegar, 3 tablespoons seafood soybean sauce, 2 tablespoons white sugar and 1 tablespoon rice wine.

Step 5 Boil the mixture until boiling with fierce heat. Then boil with medium heat for 20 minutes.

Step 6 Add green and red pepper in and stir-fry together.
