![]() | According to the Independent, British people are forcing to abandon their pets due to the economic recession. Since the raising cost is too high, people have to dump their pets that bring them happiness. The staff in the Animal sanctuaries says that if the downturn continues, the number of the abandoned animals will be growing bigger and the situation might become unmanageable. It is said that keeping a dog for its lifeime needs about 10000 pounds and a cat, 9500 pounds. No wonder some people choose to dump their pets. The cost is too high. How should we do to avoid such tragedies? ![]() |
