My apartment is just one of the choices. I have two apartment available for rent during the Olympics. Location: It is located on the north 4th ring of the city, very close to the Olympics Stadium Bird Nest ,about 15 mins walking. There are several restaurants close to the building. A shopping mall, a supermarket, several bank nearby, less than 5 minutes walking. Subway station is 12 minutes walking (Line 5) and a bus station there. Room description: It is 120 square meters in total, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 dining room. One apartment is on the 8th floor , another is 15th floor (22 floors in total) and there is 24 hrs security of the building. It's especially suitable for one family to live. Furniture: 2 double size beds, 1 standard size bed, 2 TV sets, 1 sofa, 1 DVD player, air condition, fridge, gas, washing machine, high speed internet access, wireless, 24 hours hot water, tables, chairs. Room rate: ( You can separate order the part of the apartment. ) Expected room rate is USD450 per night from August 01- August 31. Expected room rate is USD150 per month from Sept 01 – Sept 30 Any excursion in Beijing could be arranged. but services as below require to be paid separately with the rental fee.
