"In keeping with long-standing tradition," he said, "I hereby absolve all cadets who might be on restriction for minor offenses. "As far as your grades, some things are beyond even the powers of the president." The grads laughed. Upon leaving office, President Bush seems to become relaxing. His humor was unleashed.
