No.1 Abalone soup with white beans and bitter gourd

Materials: bitter gourd (250 grams), pork ribs (300 grams), abalone (500 grams), white beans (20 grams) and 4 slices of ginger.

Method: Step 1 shell the abalone, get rid of the seeds of the bitter gourd and cut it into pieces. Then wash the white beans.

Step 2 Quick-boil port ribs in boiling water.

Step 3 Stew white beans and pork ribs in the pot for an hour, add abalone and bitter gourd and stew for half an hour. Finally, add seasonings in the pot.

No.2 Pork shank soup with lycium Chinese sprouts and crucian carp

Materials: 100 grams lycium chinese sprouts, 400 to 500 grams crucian carp, 300 grams pork shank, 4 slices of ginger and dried orange peel.

Step 1 Wash lycium Chinese sprouts, fry crucian carp till its surface turns golden.

Step 2 Add distilled water in the pot, put lyceum Chinese sprouts, pork shank, ginger slices and dried orange peel in and then stew for 2 hours. Finally add seasonings in.
