It’s just a few blocks to the Wukesong sports center where baseball and basketball tournaments will be held. It is within the convenient reach to all major public transportation, incl. subway and buses, making it easy to get around in the city. . The apartment is neighboring to the Yuyuantan Park, one of the most famous parks in Beijing and just 1km to the garden of the China Millennium Monument. It was said the community itself also like a garden, for there are plots of trees, flowers and grasslands. Besides good environments living here is very convenient. There are swimming poor, gym, tennis court, fitness center, restaurant, supermarket, café, laundry, clinic and so on inside the community. Banks, hospital, department stores and so on are spots outside the community. The apartment is cozy and suitable for a family to live in. It’s 103sqms with two bedrooms, one big living room, one bathroom, one kitchen and two balconies with good view. The decoration is good and we provide ADSL Internet access, full sets of furniture, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, microwave oven and natural gas cooker. The house is full-time security guard, elevator and hot water. Payment terms: 1. For 1 month lease the price is Euro 100/day, for 15 days Euro 180/day, for 10 days Euro 250/day and for 7 days Euro 300/day. Discount is available for long term. 2. We will pay for the utility fee. 3. 50% down payment is required on the rental contract is signed. Payment is made by wire transfer directly into landlord’s bank account. And another 50% payment will be collected on your arrival. 4. Major international currencies are acceptable. Value added service 1. Airport pick up 2. Free bicycles 3.
