| Materials: 2 yellow croaker (350 grams), garlic, 3 shallots and ginger. Sour and sweet sauce: 8 tablespoons vinegar, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons white sugar, 1 tablespoon starch, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 2 tablespoons clear water. Seasonings: a bowl of edible oil and 1 tablespoon salt. Step 1 Mkae three cuts on each side of the fish, spread 1 tablespoon salt in the cuts and then marinade for 20 minutes. |
