guestABOD Will be in shanghi tomorow alone for 5 days , I need advice where I have to go ?
also if there any friend around my age will be nice to meet each other .
Im 22 , computer engineer .

Where you HAVE to go? That differs, I don't know what would be your cup of tea.
Personally I'm not a fan of that pearl TV tower.

GUEST26175 Hi, you have some great view from the Pearl Tower if you don't mind the long waiting lines. Also the old Shanghai city (French quarter for example), the Bund, Nanjing Road, People's square etc.
You could also hire a free-lance guide for a day or so, There is plenty of people listed on www.chinatravelcompanion.com for example or google the web for 'travel companion'. Have a good trip.

This month I have long program to China.
Kunming-Shanghai-Wuxi-Shanghai-Chengdu-Chongqing-Shanghai-Shenyang-Shanghai-Wenzhou-Shenzhen-Kunming. Problem - 25th instant night need to stay near Shanghai Airport as my flight schedule at let night and next morning to Wuxi.
I know you are expert of Shanghai, Please advice me, where I can stay at night near Airport? May be mid night problem for me to search Hotel.

Are you arriving at Shanghai Hongqiao airport via the Spring Airlines flights?
Just curious, why so many in-and-out via Shanghai?

Abod,are you foreigner? your number is from Guangzhou.

Most people like to visit Museum and Old French Consession area. Also you can spend some time in small park and maybe can lucky
to encounter some local ''show'' from people by using old folk instrument.
