It is comprised of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a beautiful bathroom and kitchen, with a total housing area of 88.9 square meters, and 24-hour-secuity is also available. My house is right beside Line 5 and Line 13 of Beijing’s City Subway System, bus stations leading to main places of interest, as well as the Fast Track of Beijing Olympics. It takes only ten minutes by drive or by subway to National Stadium or the Bird’s Nest where the opening and closing ceremonies are held. And downtown, other places of interest are also within reach by the convenient and fast city traffic beside. I would like to rent it out to new friends who are visiting Beijing for Olympics this summer between June and August. I speak fluent English, Russian and Greek and could guide for you to tour the city for free during 2-4 days of your stay. The ideal rent for me is 1000 yuan per day and 20000 per yuan month.
