The sizzling European Championship is on. On Sunday, Germany and Croatia smashed their rivals' dreams of creating history at the Group B matches of the 2008 European football championship. Football fans are predicting the champion of the 2008 European Chimpionship?

The old superpowers: Germany, France, England, Netherland, are all staring at the title of champion. The black horse Greece claimed the 2004 European Champion? Will it defend the title sucessufully? Italy won the World Cup two years ago. Will Italy win the European Champion this time? Which coutry do you think will be the biggest black horse in the 2008 European Championship?

England didn't qualify. Holland, France and Italy are all in Group C, which means that one of them, along with Romania ( likely ) will not advance. I like Italy, Holland, Germany and Portugal to go deep. Germany is a great tournament team, Italy is reasonably young and very confident, and Holland can beat anybody if they get in a good rhythm. Here is hoping for a good Euro.
