News: A guy takes a heart transplantation operation and the heart is from another guy who suicided when he was 33 years old. After having heart transplantation, he surprisingly fell in love with that suicide's wife and got married eventually. However, this 69 years guy also suicided finally.

Why did he fall in love with that suicide's wife and finally suicide too? Really surprising! Then some scientists raise a question: "Can people's soul be transplanted?"

What do you think?

Ah... huh??

Well, before anyone can even answer this question, you have to answer the question, 'Do we have souls?' That alone would create a debate hotter than the inferno. LOL!

For the sake of discussion, there was a case where a little boy was playing on top of a wall. He fell and died. Months after that, the mother got pregnant and had given birth to another child. When the child was old enough to talk, he started talking about 'that time when he fell off a wall and died'. He even talked about stuff that only the boy who died would know. The mother was flabbergasted because how is it possible that the child knows about what happened when she or her husband has never talked about the tragic event. It is said that the soul of the child who died is now in the present child.

Years ago I had a sports related injury that my Doctor told me he had fixed.
Anyway, the injury was still causing me grieve so I went along to see a hypnotherapist just to make sure that it was not psychosomatic.
As it turned out She specialized in Past life therapy. I had never been hypnotized before so was a little apprehensive about the whole thing if not a touch cynical.
I still have no idea to this day if it was some type of subconscious trickery that she played upon me but the trips that I went on where interesting to say the least. I awoke completely refreshed, invigorated and empowered. This feeling of euphoria did not just last for a few hours but for the whole week until my next visit (trip)
So my long winded reply to all of the above is that there are something’s in this World that we will never have an answer too.
Do I believe that She’s story is possible? Yes.
Dodger.

SHE, your story makes me believe that the soul can be transplanted. Then I must live happily and contently so that the one who gets my soul won't suicide :-)

There are a lot of scientific studies about near-death experiences. They transcend all nationalities, races and religious beliefs. Even in this area, science is progressing really fast.

12 year per samsar, do u believe previouse existence and after life. my understanding on the buddha belief is soul never dies but need body to reside in. i was told by my grandpa that time before my grandpa's death, the neighbor said they saw my grandpa's figure blew out like smoke. i think this is when the soul is split from the body and when a sudden spur of activity takes place before death, ie last radiance of the sun. death, they say, is soul doesn't fit current body any more and needs to find new lodging for settlement. if you meet a stranger and believe you must have met him/her before, i guess the two souls must have come up with each during previouse existence.
