Well...the natural answer would be Nevada but since that state has a low population compared to other states then the answer is probably California or New York.

Nope....nothing specific on the "net" pertaining to computer hackers per state.
Of course...there are a lot of computer hackers that have not been caught and will never admit that they are "hackers" unless they have a big "ego" and desire a dubious recognition.
That's why I never do any financial transactions on the web whether it's the bank, credit cards, etc. and am somewhat skeptical about requesting credit reports.
