| Hi Artist! I've just got the info that there are daily ship from Shenzhen to Haikou, which depart at 17:00pm, and arrives 11:00am next morning. Tickets fee is around RMB200. |

| thank you anita, where exactly is the boarding point at shenzhen, i will be interested to take the ferry around the 20th of this month. This info is most useful. |

| oops, I forgot to mention the ferry terminal, it is in Shenkou district, Shenzhen. Many public buses runs between the downtown area to Shekou Pier. From Shenzhen airport, there is No.355 bus. From any other corners of the city, choose one of the following bus: 113,204,226,K204,331,31,332,229, 329,328,427,431,433,450,456, and minibus No.505,483. They all have a stop at Shekou Pier. |

| Only find that they have scheduled ships to Haikou on Feb 18 and 21, no sailing on Feb 19 and 20. I suggest you to book the tickets beforehand since the date is not very far from Chinese new year, thus many people may choose to go out. |

| thank you again anita, i would very much try this ferry option as you suggested.I will be flying in from singapore thru hK, will come thru by lowu, i am also checking the option of a direct coach service from lowu or other land transport to get to hainan. |
