I am a native of Beijing and I am very interested in learning English, I want to hire out one of my apartments during Olympic Games for foreigners who can speak English. I think Beijing is the most beautiful eastern city to the foreigners, you’ll feel comfortable and safe here. That is my own apartment, which has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 Bathroom; 1 Kitchen, 1 balcony, totally 50sqm. And all completely superfine furnished (Furniture, Electric cooker, Microwave oven, Piped Direct-drinking Water, air conditioner, refrigerator, Television, DVD, Washing machine, and Internet Access). It is at the 15th floor of 18 floors building, it has good view of center of Beijing, especially at night. Location: zhanlanlu street, west District of Beijing, it is in the center of Beijing, very near to the west second ring road and No.2 subway station. You can get to the main Olympic gymnasium by No.2 subway. It is also near the culture area of Beijing, you can enjoy the most famous scenic spots of Beijing after Olympic Games, such as Forbidden City, Beihai Park. All kinds of restaurants are around the apartment building, as well as banks and hospitals, and It is near the Hualian Shopping Center, Ito Yokado Mall, Carrefour Supermarket, Beijing Zoo, Beijing Aquarium, National Library, Beijing Exhibition Hall. Rental: 70USD/night At least 20 days or 1800USD/month in July, 100USD/night or 2500USD/month At least 20 days in August during Olympic Games, 80USD/night At least 20 days or 2000USD/month in September. Pay all once and earnest under discussion.
